You are too slow to cross the road. And the vedio is as such that you wanted to show the traffic.
Honestly, it is true at some locations, but with in your video, pl observ that there is one person who crossed the road before you do

Sorry. This isnt my video. However, I found this posted in Youtube.com, under the title 'chicken crossing the road'.
Nothin personal. Please dont mind.. Nevertheless, road laws are not followed in our country. Its somebody's attempt to raise this point.
